We can provide a professional setting for you to meet with your clients. Most of our business comes from client referrals so there is no need for cold calling. Our client interactions are focused on educating and finding the best solutions for our clients.
Candidates for this position must value empathy and compassion and be hard-working and honest. Experience is a plus but is not necessary. We are happy to hire well-seasoned advisors or newly licensed agents who are still in need of some guidance.

Job Responsibilities

• Educating and guiding clients in plan selection.
• Providing continued support for clients by assisting with questions, claims and billing issues.
• Reaching out to clients to ensure their understanding of any plan changes.
• Quote and enroll clients into new policies.

We offer a base salary plus a commission-based annual bonus, and we offer a retirement package, PTO, paid holidays, and vision insurance.
