Health Insurance Solutions and Benefits is an independent agency with state licensed health insurance advisors dedicated to helping individuals, families and businesses across Wisconsin to select and enroll in Medicare, individual and small group employer health insurance plans.

Kate is an independent licensed health insurance agent-advisor who excels in finding solutions for your health insurance needs. She listens and offers the right product that fits your needs and wants.
Kate started in the healthcare industry in 1993 working for Abbott Labs, Ortho McNeil (J&J) and the Wisconsin Medical Society until 2011. With her vast knowledge of working within the provider environment, government relations, quality and insurance she started her agency, Health Insurance Solutions and Benefits in 2012 to help clients with their health insurance requests. She offers products across all major insurance companies for Medicare Beneficiaries, individual and families and small businesses.
Kate enjoys spending time with her children and pets, participating in outdoor activities, live music, food and traveling when time permits.
Alanna Ortiz

Alanna is a bilingual (English/Spanish), Licensed Health Insurance Broker with a degree in Medical Administration, who serves the East Shore Region from Green Bay to Sheboygan. She joined Health Insurance Solutions & Benefits in 2021 and enjoys working with individuals looking for ACA health insurance and Medicare plans.
She is proud to offer plans from many major insurance carriers in the Wisconsin market, which allows her to find the best fit for each client’s needs. Her priority is to educate clients to help them find a plan that will best fit their needs.
Alanna enjoys swimming, hiking, and spending time with her three children.

Jackie is a Licensed and Registered Health Insurance Broker in Wisconsin with a B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration. She joined Health Insurance Solutions and Benefits in 2024 and meets primarily with clients in our Green Bay office.
Jackie takes pride in her work and is genuinely here to help. Her focus is on educating and guiding clients through the ever-changing insurance industry. No matter where you are on the “insurance needs timeline,” she will help you navigate and plan accordingly.
When Jackie is not working, you can find her on the water (or the ice) fishing. She loves being with family, exploring new foods, and listening to all kinds of music.
