Kate is an independent licensed health insurance agent-advisor who excels in finding solutions for your health insurance needs. She listens and offers the right product that fits your needs and wants.
Kate started in the healthcare industry in 1993 working for Abbott Labs, Ortho McNeil (J&J) and the Wisconsin Medical Society until 2011. With her vast knowledge of working within the provider environment, government relations, quality and insurance she started her agency, Health Insurance Solutions and Benefits in 2012 to help clients with their health insurance requests. She offers products across all major insurance companies for Medicare Beneficiaries, individual and families and small businesses.
Kate enjoys spending time with her children and pets, participating in outdoor activities, live music, food and traveling when time permits!
Valerie Bougie

Valerie is a Licensed Health Insurance Broker in Wisconsin and has her Master’s in Business Administration. She has been with Health Insurance Solutions & Benefits since 2021, predominantly servicing the greater Fox Valley Area from Green Bay to Oshkosh.
Valerie excels in problem solving and enjoys helping clients find the best fit for their Individual Health and Medicare related needs. Her focus is on your needs and providing customer service that goes above and beyond for clients.
In her free time Valerie enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
Alanna Ortiz

Alanna is a Licensed Health Insurance Broker with a degree in Medical Administration, and regularly services the East Shore Region from Green Bay to Sheboygan. She has been with Health Insurance Solutions & Benefits since 2021 and enjoys working with individuals looking for ACA health insurance and Medicare plans.
She is proud to offer plans from many major insurance carriers in the Wisconsin market, which allows her to find the best fit for each client’s needs. Her priority is to provide the highest level of customer service by educating individuals to help them find a plan that will best fit their needs.
